105. Tuna Sandwiches

These delightful tuna sandwiches are made extra special by spreading them in mini-simit, but you may use any bread buns available.
Tuna is great in that it has no distinct fishy smell, and applied in this recipe renders it fantastic for finger-food ranging from brunches to picnics and beyond.

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna, drained
2 Tbsp cream cheese
2 tsp mustard
1/2 lemon, juice
1/4 cup coriander, chopped
2 Tbsp olives, chopped
2 Tbsp cucumber pickles, chopped
1 Tbsp spring onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp powdered garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
a few lettuce leaves, shredded

12 bread buns (or mini-simit)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread on half a bread bun, topped with shredded lettuce, and top with the other half.
