You could let your dates ripen before trying out this recipe.<br />I have a recipe here for frozen dates which funnily enough taste like chocolate when frozen. You could try that if you don't want to wait for them to ripen. Could I use yellow dates? I ...Salam alaikum ukhti,<br /><br />Could I use yellow dates? I don't remember what they're called but their colour is a mustardy- yellow and they are pretty firm.
