1364. Mushroom Galette
I just recently read an article saying mushrooms are, to absolutely no-one's surprise, the most popular food in the produce isle. While canned mushroom is pretty much the only exception, mushrooms in all their variety are revered here at MCW.

1363. Doritos Salad
This is a fun salad that can be served in an interactive serve-yourself style that can serve as a delicious ice-breaker when having people over. All components are presented in individual bowls, allowing each person to customize their own. Similarly, if serving family style, simply put all ingredients in your salad bowl and toss just before serving.

1362. Blender Mini Cheesecakes
It's rare to get a cheesecake recipe you can make and eat on the same day. While this mini cheesecake version certainly allows for that flexibility of serving day-of making or next-day, it still requires basic pantry staples that furthermore adjust to momentary whims.

1361. Creamy Chicken Cilantro
This coriander chicken is a heart-warming and quick meal that is as easy to prepare as it is delicious. Fresh coriander just might be my favorite herb, and is it used very generously here.

1360. Pasta with Sweet Potato and Walnut Cream Sauce
Wholewheat pasta, roasted sweet potato, and a soaked walnut sauce for an accidentally wholesome vegan meal. This is so filling and nutritious, and with minimal planning, comes together so easily.

1359. Mint Omelette
This breakfast is so quick and delicious you don't even have to wait for the weekend to make it. Using dried, crumbled mint, all you need is to scramble the eggs with that and salt before pouring in a hot pan with olive oil.

1358. Chips and Lebne Dip
In Turkey, this is the most natural snack bandwagon children and adults alike have jumped on long ago. In fact, in Turkey, some form or another of yogurt accompanies every meal, even snacks. Keep in mind the lebne here is no generic yogurt. Unsweetened, sure; but extra sour is key.

1357. Mini Pancakes
It's a fact of life that everything mini tastes better than normal sized counterparts. These mini pancakes use the same batter for my hotcakes published almost eight years ago (where does time fly?!).

1356. Arabic Bread Omelette
More of a technique than a recipe, this is an omelette topped while still not fully cooked in the pan with cheese and a pita bread, then flipped to crisp the pita bread, melt the cheese, and cook the remainder of the egg.

1355. Chicken Rice Casserole
This is one of those dishes that doesn't photograph well, but is well worth making. In short, it is a risotto-like baked casserole combining the wonderfulness of chicken, broccoli, rice, and cheese.

1354. White Chocolate Blueberry Tart
A variation on the amazing white chocolate raspberry tart, this blueberry tart is for those whose palates rather avoid any sour factor, as delightful as that might be. Blueberries are mild and pleasing to any palates of all ages. It presents beautifully, too. It is a no-bake sort of tart that barely needs assembly and a refrigeration stint.
