1673. Flaming Corn Cob


Another trendy recipe, this flaming corn cob gets its name from the spicy chili chips coating it. A thin layer of sour cream and mayonnaise helps the crumbled chips adhere. 
The combination of sour cream and mayonnaise works even for those who may be averse to mayonnaise. Try it to believe it.




Ingredients:

6 corn cob halves, boiled
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large packet chili chips
salt & pepper


Method:

Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
Crush the chili chips and put in a flat plate for crumbing.
Brush the boiled corm cobs with the cream mixture, then coat in the crushed chips.
May be served with fresh lemon wedges.
