1696. Baked Blueberry Oats {Airfryer}


This is breakfast meal prep at its finest. One recipe with barely 5 minutes of preparation and 20-25 minutes of baking time suffices for four days of a healthy, nutritious, filling breakfast whether at home or on the go. 
Almost any frozen fruit might work here, I'd stick to berries for their availability and convenience.




Ingredients:

1 banana
2/3 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup frozen berries


Method:

In a small oven-proof dish, mash the banana. Add the oast, milk, and chia seeds, and stir to combine. Add the berries and either bake or airfry at 350F for 20-25 mins.
Serve in a bowl with greek yogurt and other toppings of choice.
