1768. Caramel Chocolate Pudding


Here is a simple idea using just three ingredients which are calculated as a ratio. So depending on what you have available, and how many you plan to make for, you can work out the rest based on that. Simple!
So, it’s a ratio of  1:1:2, melted dark chocolate (slightly cooled): salted caramel spread: whipped double cream. You can make your own caramel, or buy for convenience.



Ingredients:
100g melted dark chocolate
100g salted caramel spread
200g whipped double cream


Method:

Having melted and slightly cooled the dark chocolate, and separately whipped the double cream, combine all three ingredients and fold together until homogenous. Fill the serving containers of choice (individual glasses or large serving bowl) and refrigerate overnight. This is a super rich rich dessert, so small portions are enough per person.
