1894. Pistachio White Chocolate Rice Crispies


A simple and straightforward recipe: white chocolate rice crispies with pistachio spread. 
In the description right there are you three ingredients: puffed rice, white chocolate, and pistachio spread.


Ingredients:

100g puffed rice
300g white chocolate
200g pistachio spread



Method:

Melt the white chocolate and stir the pistachio cream in it to combine. Once combines, stir in the rice puffs to fully coat. Either use individual silicone molds, or line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mix in, gently pressing down. Refrigerate for about an hour, then take out to rest a room temperature for 10-15 minutes so it will not be brittle as you cut.
