1988. Green Olive and Onion Crackers

These green olive and onion crackers were made just for fun. They are flavorsome, easy, and can be made into a flatbread or crackers. There is no leavening agent, and the incorporations work very well together.


Ingredients:

1 2/3 cup flour 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp pepper 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1 1/2 cup water 
2 small onions, sliced thin 
1 cup green olives, sliced
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated



Method:

Mix all ingredients together, spread thin on a lined baking tray and bake at 375F for 30 min or until golden brown.
To get crispier crackers, cut the flatbread into cracker-sized squares and crisp up in the oven about 5 more minutes.
