1644. Custard Berry Toast {Airfryer}

Sometimes, it is too tempting not to jump on the trendy bandwagon. This custard berry toast has been all over, and it was one fine morning that I decided to see if it was worth the hype, as many said it was. Indeed, it was. I ended up having it for breakfast for a week straight.
I got a loaf of brioche and sliced it as thick as I wanted. Regular sliced toast would do. The filling was enough for three to four portions; either keep refrigerated and use until it finishes, or make multiple portions at one. The berries, fresh is best here, and the tang from the raspberries was especially good.

Ingredients:

3-4 slices toast
3 Tbsp greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tsp honey
fresh berries

Method:

In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, and egg.
Using your fingers, press into the center of each slice of bread to create an indent. Go right up to the borders, staying about one centimeter away.
Spoon the custard mixture into the indent, and add the fresh berries.
Cook in a 350F airfryer for 8-10 minutes, until the custard is set.
