1834. The Best Hot Chocolate


This is the end-all and be-all of all hot chocolate recipes. Once you try this one, there is no going back to the powdered cocoa versions. 
The recipe uses two types of milk, and actual chocolate from a bar. 



Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate
2-3 cups whole milk
1/2 cup milk powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour


Method:

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk non-stop over medium heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture has thickened from the activated cornflour.
Serve hot with whipped cream, marshmallows, etc.
