1858. Almond and Date Cookies (2 Ingredients)


These ultra simple and ultra healthy cookies are made with almonds and dates only, since salt and water barely count as ingredients. 
Everything is blitzed in a food processor (my favorite and most used kitchen appliance) then rolled, flattened, and baked at high temperature for 5 minutes only.



Ingredients:

200 g almonds
100 g dates
a pinch of salt
25 ml boiling water




Method:

In a food processor, please all the ingredients and blitz until a dough comes together. Form teaspoon-sized balls from the dough and flatten between your palms. Bake in a preheated 450F oven for 5 minutes. Cool completely and store for a week in an airtight tin.
