America has glorified the consumption of bacon for breakfast. It is a coveted favorite in any hollywood movie. Everyone glazes over the fact that they come from a pig, which is one of the worst things a person can eat, and is absolutely saturated in nitrates and other cancer-causing preservatives. Cue these one-ingredient beef brisket rashers.
The butcher would need to freeze the slab of brisket to get those ultra-thin rashers. Simply season with salt and pepper and sear in a hot pan or airfryer. Usually there are enough streaks of fat to render and cook it, otherwise you can add a bit of oil. I like to stock up on these in the freezer, frozen in single layer to make portion defrosting easy.
