1992. Tuna Dip with Jalapeno Chips

This recipe is bold, crunchy, creamy, and completely unexpected. There's wasabi paste, dill pickles, jalapeño chips, crisp apples, sweet peas, and a rich, punchy mayo base that somehow just works.



Ingredients:

2 cans tuna, drained
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup red onions, diced
1/4 cup dill pickles, diced
1 green apple diced
1 cob corn, kernels removed
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 cup jalapeno chips, crushed
1/2 cup light mayo
1 Tbsp wasabi paste



Method:

In a bowl combine tuna, lemon juice, vinegar, red onion, dill pickles, apple, apple, corn, peas, and jalapeno chips. In a small bowl mix together mayo and wasabi. Toss salad and enjoy on toast or in a sandwich.
