Why buy fruity yogurt drinks with tons of sugar and additives when it's so much quicker and easier to make right at home?
Ingredients:
2 cups fruit (frozen or fresh)
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp honey
Method:
Blitz it all in a blender until smooth. Pour in individual glasses, cover and refrigerate to create an immediate healthy snack.
