The original recipe of these broccoli bites or fritters was titled "broccoli bites for kids."
But the picture they had was so inviting that I just had to give it a go.
True enough, the kids loved it, although I rated it a mediocre 6.5/10.
It is a great way to feed children who are otherwise adverse to vegetables, but for an adult who loves stir-fry broccoli, not so much.

Ingredients:
450g fresh steamed broccoli
1 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp herbes de provence
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
oil, for frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
With your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Shallow fry on both sides until a golden brown.
Let drain on paper towels from excess oil before serving warm.
