Somehow, the options for favorite cuisines seem to be limited to French or Italian. I seriously disagree. Arab cuisine has to be the most varied and delicious one. Maybe I am just biased. This simple mix of haloomi cheese, olives, and a few other Arab pantry staples is a fantastic example of how nutritious and delicious Arab cuisine may be.

1767. Airfryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Most times, a lengthy ingredients list (anything over 10 ingredients) is enough to deter me from making a recipe. In this case, most of the ingredients are pantry spices, so I tried it and was not disappointed.

1442. {Air Fryer} Sweet Chili Salmon
Asian fusion might not be to everyone's taste, but I absolutely devoured this dish. Technically, it is just three ingredients - salmon, sweet chili sauce, and tobasco - but the squeeze of fresh lemon upon serving is absolutely essential and elevates the dish to a delightful complexity way beyond the sum of its parts.

1304. {Air Fryer} Um Ali
It is no secret by now that stale croissants make for amazing Um Ali. Simplifying it further, I took out my handy clay pot and air fryer for the ultimate smaller-portion, quick-fix Um Ali. The architecture of the air fryer ensures an out-of-this-world crispy surface and a perfectly soft interior.

1279. {Air Fryer} Croissant Brittle
This is not a recipe you would expect to make in your lifetime. In fact, just how popular is the croissant brittle? It was complete news to me for sure. A random food article introduced it as an obscure menu option in a tiny pastry shop somewhere in the United States. I'm not sure what made me give it a go (the seductive deep golden color?), but how I am glad I did.

1256. {Air Fryer} Baked Feta
This is a delicious appetizer to share or can even be a light meal on its own if you are an appetizer affectionado. Soft, scoopable feta cheese with blistered flavorsome cherry tomatoes and a couple more surprises get soaked up with some crust bread to form a symphony in the mouth.

1255. {Air Fryer} Vineleaves
The money here lays in the sauce for these stuffed vineleaves. As I was making it, I started to doubt the flavor profile, seeing how basic and simple the stuffing ingredients are. And then, va-voom, the sauce was made and I knew even before it was cooked that we've got a stunner.

1254. {Air Fryer} Whole Roast Chicken and Vegetables
I looove my air fryer. Because I love it so much, I think I will routinely publish recipes geared towards it. Who's in?
If I had one complaint about the air fryer is that I need two of them. Case and point, this wonderful, wonderful recipe which takes 10 minutes to put together before delivering it to the trusty air fryer to finish off. I need one for the chicken and one for the vegetables to have them ready for the same meal. Otherwise, what a great investment for succulent, moist, and crispy exterior food.

1253. {Air Fryer} Aubergine Mushroom Clay Pot Beef Stew
Minimalists, look away. Not only is this a superfluous air fryer recipe, but a clay pot is required too. The clay pot was just too cute to not get. Not only aesthetically so, but also because it's got this old charm of bygone days when life was simpler and more wholesome. Turns out they are exceedingly healthy to cook in. Unlike teflon ware which leeches hormone-altering chemicals in our food, clay pot enrich our food with minerals that enhance our health.
