The red food coloring is of course optional, but traditional in a tandoori. Also, you can use any cut of chicken, or even a whole chicken hacked up. Cooking time would need to be adjusted.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken drumsticks
250g yogurt
1 Tbsp grated garlic and ginger mix
1 lemon, juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garam masala
2 drops red food coloring, optional
chili flakes, optional
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cover to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Next day, shake the chicken drumstick off extra marination and cook for 25 in the airfryer.
Can also cook over charcoal or bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
