This is a very versatile and delicious idea for a pretty appetizer. It is served at room temperature so can be prepared ahead.
Fry some kubba burghul. Refrigerate until cold so it will cut cleanly. Cut lengthwise in half. Pipe some baba ghanouche or lebna or hummus on the cut side of the kubba. Garnish with some nuts and/or pomegranate seeds. Serve at room temperature on a bed of lettuce.
