Al dente cooked pasta is skewered on bamboo sticks then topped with pizza flavors. Broil till golden and bubbly, and serve.
Ingredients:
1/2 packet penne pasta, cooked al dente
3/4 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Method:
Skewer cooled pasta horizontally onto bamboo skewer sticks (about 12 pasta pieces on each stick) and place them on a non-stick baking sheet.
Brush pasta all over with the sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and sliced olives.
Broil for 5 minutes or until beginning to turn golden brown. Watch them. Remove and serve.
