The little berry pots are incredibly easy to make, and they are so pretty and elegant!
Most people would recommend them over breakfast, but in all truth they are welcome at any time of day.
This version is the simple layering of natural yogurt, granola (home-made is best), and fresh berries (or any fruit of your choice) with a finishing drizzle of honey.
Quantities are really up to you, and the recipe below is merely an outline, so feel free to diverge from it.
Ingredients:
2 cups natural yogurt
1 cup granola
2 cups mixed fresh berries
4 tsp honey
Method:
Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of four glasses or small bowls.
Top each with 2 tablespoons granola and 1/4 cup berries.
Drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon honey.
Repeat to make another layer using remaining ingredients.
