1322. Nutella Cookie Cups


Ten minutes plus cooling time is all that separates intention from realization in this case. A soft chocolate chunk cookie base encompasses a generous dollop of nutella in the form of a cookie-cupcake.
Fully cooling the cookie cup is mandatory in the case of neat-eating. Should you be in a situation where messy eating is not an issue, go ahead and eat while still warm, but never straight out of the oven because you will burn your tongue.


Ingredients: makes 8

100g butter, soft
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powder sugar
1.5 cups flour
½ tsp b. powder
½ tsp b.soda
Pinch salt
100g chocolate chunks
Nutella


Method:

Mix the butter, egg, vanilla, and sugar very well.
Add the flour, baking powder and soda, salt, and finally the chocolate chunks until homogeneous.
Line 8 cupcake tin (base and sides) and stuff with Nutella.
Cover the top with cookie mix
Bake at 350F for 10-13 mins, broil the top.
Set aside to cool completely before serving.
