This should't count as a recipe, it is merely a very successful idea. I had some chipotle powder and cream cheese. Combining the two yielded a very delicious mixture that can be used for multiple things.
In the photo, I had made my favorite sourdough crackers (visit the recipe index to find it), and used it as a vehicle for the spread. My actual favorite use is on a sourdough toast, topped with a fried egg and runny yolk.
Ingredients:
300g cream cheese
1 heaped Tbsp chipotle mixture
Method:
Mix the chipotle mix well into the cream cheese (easier if the cream cheese is a room temperature).
Store refrigerated.
