The secret lies in mashing butter and sugar before spreading it on thickly cut brioche bread and searing.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
2 slices thick cut brioche bread
melted milk chocolate
fresh strawberry
Method:
Mash the butter and the sugar until incorporated. Spread this on both sides of thickly cut brioche bread slices. Sear on a medium hot skillet or griddle until golden brown and caramelized on both sides. Serve with lashings of melted milk chocolate and fresh strawberry or even ice cream.
