1882. Tuna Rice in Seaweed


This is a simple Asian meal putting leftover rice to good use, and the protein form tuna cans. 
I used gochujang Korean sauce here for its complex flavors and spice.




Ingredients:

1½ cups cooked white rice 
2 cans tuna 
3 spring onion, sliced 
3 Tbsp mayonnaise 
2 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp soy sauce 
1 tsp toasted sesame oil 
Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste
Seaweed snack sheets



Method:

Place the cooked rice, tuna, green onion, mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Stir together using a spatula until all the components are combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. 
Serve alongside seaweed snack sheets to scoop and consume.
