118. Cherry Tofu Smoothie

I feel the need to sort of de-tox before Ramadan.
This is another perfect smoothie that is filling and may be a substitute for a meal for anyone trying to cut back or maintain their figure.
Fruity and delicious, it is multiplied in nutritional value by the addition of tofu.

1/3 cup tofu
1 cup cherry (stoned)
1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice
1 or 2 tsp honey
1/4 cup ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover, blitz.
Serve immediately.
