1453. Loaded Chocolate Chunk Cookies

You know how American movies glorify eating raw cookie dough? Well, I was never into that. But these cookies are barely baked to what I expect is similar to that, but with the benefit of being safe to consume and absolutely loaded with melted chocolate.
They are best consumed within a few hours of baking as they kind of lose their freshness the following day. Because they are barely baked, there is no way you can hold them immediately after baking. They are too soft to handle, and need 10 minutes of cooling time at room temperature to be firm enough to handle and yet the chocolate still completely molten inside.

Ingredients:

150g butter, soft
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cornflour
pinch of salt
150g kinder sticks
100g chocolate chunks

Method:

Cream the butter and sugar well.
Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, corn flour, and salt until incorporated.
Finally, stir in the kinder pieces and chocolate chunks.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form golf ball-sized balls from the cookie dough and place well-spaced on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 8 minutes only.
Leave to cook on the baking sheet until solid enough to remove (5-10 minutes)
