1592. Banana Lotus Trifle

It might be a bother that this recipe calls for 1.2 litres of cream instead of just one, but let me tell you, it is worth it. Strong banoofi vibes come from this trifle. Caramel and lotus, aka biscoff, are the main flavors, which combine dreamily with banana. 
You can make one large trifle which serves upwards of 8-10 people, or make multiple single serve portions.



Ingredients:

1.2 Litres whipping cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 can caramel 
8 sliced bananas
2 packs crushed biscoff biscuits (500g)
1 jar softened biscoff spread for drizzling



Method:

Whip your cream with vanilla until it starts to take shape, careful not to over whip.
Place the caramel in a microwave safe bowl to soften in the microwave and whisk well. 
Soften Biscoff spread in the same way.
To assemble;
Crumbs - Caramel - Banana - Cream
Crumbs - Biscoff drizzle - Banana - Cream 
Repeat for a total of four layers, two alternating each of caramel and biscoff.
Finish of with a layer of whipped cram drizzled with caramel and biscoff.
You can also make this in a tray form or mini cups.
