1684. Tuna Salad in Avocado Half


A near instant nutrition dense lunch for fill the tummy and feed the brain. Omega-rich tuna mixed into a luscious concoction sitting on a perfectly ripe avocado. 
Keep your bottle of hotsauce handy as it is the perfect pairing.



Ingredients:

1 can of tuna
1 avocado
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 stalk of celery, diced
2 Tbsp red onion, diced
1-2 Tbsp chopped parsley and chives
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste



Method:

Combine all ingredients except the avocado and mix well⁣⁣.
Slice the avocado in half, remove pit, and top with tuna salad⁣.
