I got my hands on some delicious Palestinian olives, and decided to make an afternoon of it, with a twist.
So lebna and zaatar are a classic due not to be messed with. Finding myself particularly partial to my feta dip, I whipped up a batch and made some zaatar pita chips to go with. Steaming cup of sweet mint tea on the side, this was an afternoon made.
