This sandwich is 100% Arab from the Levant flavors, which is a simple combination of the chicken shreds, toum sauce, and cucumber pickles all wrapped in a saj bread and toasted in a pan. Ingredients:
Saj bread
leftover chicken, shedded
cucumber pickles, sliced
toum sauce
Method:
Fold your saj bread in half then spread some toum sauce. In the middle, compile the shredded chicken and a couple of slices of cucumber pickles. Roll up into a secure sandwich. Toast the sandwich in a hot pan and serve immediately.
