Ingredients:
saj bread
quality zaatar mixture
mozzarella cheese, grated
kashkaval cheese, grated
olive oil
Method:
Open up the saj bread and sprinkle in the center a thin layer of the mixed cheese and a light sprinkle of zaatar. Fold up the sides of the bread to enclose the filling, forming a large square parcel. Brush generously with olive oil, and transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle the surface with extra zaatar and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and the cheese inside is melted.
