If you have any left over chicken, this would be ideal to use it up. I however did not have any left over chicken, therefore grilled a small chicken breast cut in half width-wise.
Ingredients:
1 chappati bread round
2 slices cheese
a few lettuce leaves
1/4 avocado, sliced
whipped garlic sauce
1 small chicken breast, grilled, sliced
Method:
Arrange all the ingredients in the middle of the bread round.
Top with a much or as little whipped garlic sauce as you like.
Roll, cut in half, and enjoy alone or with a light tossed salad.
