627. Avocado Coconut Oil Tartine

I have been indulging in some youtube videos about clean eating of late, and came across this easy peasy good for you recipe.

While not everyone might readily proclaim themselves an avocado toast (or tartine) enthusiast, I certainly am, and this blog already boasts all of one variation done before.
This version combines coconut oil with the avocado, making for a very interesting, filling, and healthy bite.

This is how it is made:
Toast a slice of bread, let it cool.
Spread some coconut oil (solid but spreadable at room temperature) over the toast.
Top with some sliced ripe avocado.
Sprinkle with a little bit of chilli flakes and coarse salt.
