Nostalgia is evening gatherings with an impromptu dinner. With hundreds of restaurants just a finger's tap away through food delivery apps, we've kind of forgotten the pleasure of going to the kitchen together to fix a "light" dinner, which almost always constitutes of a fried something or another.
These fried kebabs tick all the boxes of fun to make together, can be made at the drop of a hat, easy, and delicious.
Ingredients:
3 small potatoes
300g minced meat
1 small onion
1 egg
1 toast soaked in water
1 tsp dry mint
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp 7 spice
Method:
Grate potato, squeeze out liquid. Mix together with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for an hour, shape into small torpedoes and fry in hot oil.
