This iced drink was on repeat off of summer. The grapefruit lends a delicate floral sweet-bitter taste that is so pleasant with the accentuated jasmine iced tea.
Very simple to make, just needs a bit of preparation by juicing the grapefruit and freezing it in ice cubes.
Ingredients: serves 2
2 grapefruit
1 cup chilled jasmine tea
1 cup ice
3 Tbsp sugar
Method:
Juice the grapefruit and freeze in ice cubes.
To make the frappe, put all ingredients (the now-frozen grapefruit juice) in a blender or food processor and blitz until a slushy is formed. Serve immediately.
