Sometimes a recipe for cheesecake that takes minimal effort and is good enough to satisfy a hanker is good to have in your back pocket. Served with melted chocolate, basque-style, this recipe fits the bill.
Ingredients:
200g cream cheese (room temperature)
100g yoghurt
2 eggs
200ml cream
60g sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Method:
Preheat oven to 340F. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a lined loaf and water-bath bake for 60 mins. Let it cool then cover and chill in the fridge overnight. Serve cold with melted chocolate over it.
