Apparently when you put cookies into Greek yogurt, and keep it in the fridge overnight, the cookies will soften from the yogurt and the whole thing will taste like cheesecake. The result should be soft moist 'cake like' layers paired with greek yogurt which will taste like a 'healthier' cheesecake! If needed, top with honey for more sweetness.
So that's it: two ingredients which are any flavor greek yogurt and any flavor biscuits. In the recipe below I flavored the yogurt with coffee, used lotus biscuits, and covered in cocoa powder for a tiramisu cheat.

Greek yogurt

Method:
Use plain greek yogurt. Flavor it (if you wish) with freeze dried fruit powder, jams, cocoa, coffee, etc. Use thin cookies, not double layer filled cookies. Insert cookies into the yogurt closely together until all of the yogurt is covered.
Leave in fridge for 18+ hours (this will allow the cookies to absorb the moisture from the yogurt).
