Without a doubt, some of the best cooking is simple cooking. This is a one-person recipe for a feast of an appetizer, whether you want to treat yourself or make it for a loved one. It is as easily made for one as it is for four.
Some like it complicated, I feel refreshed by simplicity.Ingredients:
1 Tbsp sesame oil
10 shrimp, peeled, de-veined
10g butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lemon, juice
2 Tbsp chopped coriander
Method:
Sear the shrimp in the sesame oil, add the butter and garlic; stir until fragrant. Season with salt.
Drizzle in the lemon juice directly in the pan, allow the liquid to reduce slightly before adding the freshly chopped coriander. Serve hot
