Sausage and eggs is a classic weekend breakfast. Combining them in a cheesy wrap makes them portable and possible even for weekdays. Recipe makes one, multiply as needed.
Ingredients:
1 large tortilla
2 slices gouda cheese
2 eggs
1 sausage
Method:
Make small slits in the sausage and boil until puffed; drain and set aside while you cook the eggs.
Scramble the eggs in a pad of butter. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional).
Lay the wrap flat and place two slices of the cheese, topped with the scrambled egg, then the sausage. Wrap the tortilla to form a burrito, and toast it in a dry pan over medium heat.
Consume when still hot.
