1450. Creamy Corn


This is one of those trendy recipes out there. You know, the type you have to try then once you've done it you're already over it? Creamy, cheesy corn smothered in pulverized chili-lime corn chips most certainly qualifies as a decadent, carb-laden comfort food.
But the chili-lime corn chips are just a suggestion to maximize on the tantalizing combination of flavors. Use whatever chips you prefer.



Ingredients:

1 can corn kernels (200g drained weight)
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup shredded mozarella
pulverized chili-lime corn chips



Method:

In a saucepan, combine the drained corn, cream, and cheese.
Stir over med-high heat until the cheese is melted and the concoction is steaming hot.
Pour the mixture into the serving cups and top generously with the pulverized chips.
