I needed to make space in my freezer and had three packets of frozen strawberry that were purposeless. This "juice" that I made from them rivals any strawberry juice coming from juicers. Juice is a bit of a misnomer here because the drink is actually closer to a smoothie than a juice, where the entire fruit is pulverized into a drink, and the liquid is not separated from the fiber.
Ingredients:
1.5kg frozen strawberry, thawed but still cold
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup cold water
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until totally smooth. Serve chilled.
