Sun tea is when you brew the tea under the summer sun for several hours. This is a peach flavored sun tea. Tea bags are normally used, but with all the microplastic revolution happening, I opted for loose tea leaves. Sweetness levels are up to you, the below recipe is a guideline to sugar which can be either increased or eliminated completely.

Ingredients:
4 tea bags
2 liters water
2 ripe peaches, sliced
6 Tbsp sugar, to taste
Method:
Add the tea bags (or equivalent loose tea leaves), water, peach slices, and sugar to a jug. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Place jar in direct sunlight for 3-4 hours. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavor.
Strain the drink and discard (compost) the solids. Refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.
